This will cost you an additional £80 every 3 years.

The current volume of support has secured us a meeting with the chair of the licensing committee. We are now preparing a formal brief that challenges the lack of evidence supporting these additional testing requirements.

Total rubbish. Keep the fees down or we will all be out of a job soon.
Ridiculous. Waste of time and money. Focus on real issues on the roads instead of harassing cabbies.
Totally agree. Where is the evidence that this even helps? Seems like just another tax on drivers.
We already pay enough for our badges and insurance. This is completely unnecessary and just adds more stress to our jobs. NO.
My husband has been driving for years with a perfect record. Why should he have to pay for a test he clearly doesn't need?

Another way for the council to bleed us dry. Its just a money grab nothing else.
