This is ridiculous. My dog is part of my family and she is better behaved than half the people in town. Leave our dogs alone!!
Dumb idea. Dont take it out on the animals.
My golden retriever has never hurt a fly. This policy is completely unfair to responsible people who enjoy walking their dogs in the park.
Total joke. Maybe fix the actual problems in the city instead of picking on people with pets.
Ban the bad owners not the dogs. Simple as.
