Businesses will suffer not to mention the health of patients unable to afford both the parking and the congestion charge. Ridiculous suggestion!
Few people who work in the city can afford to live there so you will be penalising many workers. I have a son and family who live in the city so every time I visit I will have to pay. The 'necklace' villages by nature rely on services in Cambridge. It will also adversely affect commerce and businesses in the city.
ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Cambridge is hard enough to get around without adding another tax on top of everything else. Stop trying to destroy local trade.
Just another way to bleed drivers dry. Enough is enough.
Living in a village means I have no choice but to drive. The buses are never on time and it costs a fortune already. Leave our roads alone.
If this includes Addenbrookes Hospital; this is ridiculous.

If ever a group of Councillors were out of touch with reality this lot qualify. Of course I am going to cycle miles in all weathers or take a horse and trap on a so called 'greenway' (cycleway) to go about my business - not. By the way where is the workplace parking levy proposal that was to proceed any ULEZ/congestion charging in Cambridge?
