As our neighborhood continues to grow, so does the traffic on Noble Road. With over 700 children coming in and out of Joyner elementary each day, as well as the hundreds of families in the surrounding neighborhoods traveling on Noble Road, the steady flow and speed of traffic on Noble Road continues to increase.
With Joyner Elementary School, Kiwanis Park and the greenway access Noble Road has large numbers of families, with children, walking, biking and crossing this busy road each day. This traffic will only increase as additional communities are built and more building infill continues bringing more families to the area.
Please join us in asking the City of Raleigh for additional safety measures on Noble Road including speed bumps, crosswalks, bike lanes and sidewalks on both sides of the road.
