We the undersigned petition the County of Santa Clara, California (the County) to stop the commercial development of the cell tower farm at 1721 Whitham Ave, Los Altos, California, an R-1 zoned residential community. We petition the County to do so by the following means: Deny approval of the variance applied for by the Marshall and Nadja Jackson Family Trust to erect a 4th cell tower and buildings that house supporting infrastructure at 1721 Whitham Ave, Los Altos, CA; a residential parcel. Remove any previously erected towers and supporting infrastructure found to be in conflict with the County zoning ordinance and setback requirements; where no variance was granted or where variance was granted based on the existence of variance granted on a prior project. Require the property owner to immediately restore landscaping consistent with a semi-rural environment and continue to maintain that landscaping as long as he owns the subject property.
