We are requesting that our Governor pass legislation protecting children from adults that smoke while children are in their vehicle. Second hand smoke is dangerous for everyone, especially children that are forced to inhale in silence. Will you please join us by signing our petition that asks our Governor to pass this legislation

I was dropping my two boys, Jarrett & Jordan off at school the other day and a boy opened the car door from a vehicle in front of us. A noticable cloud of smoke followed the child. My youngest son, Jordan, said \"dad, how can that mom do that\" The boy was trying to cough and adjust his book bag at the same time as he closed the car door.
