We have 2 adult with Autism living on the island, one with a live in aid & 24 -7 provided by care givers. How can they afford tolls with the meager wages they earn? Without them our sons will not be able to function. My husband(now 73) & I ( age 72) will not be able to care for them. We need your help to resolve this - it’s a matter of life with dignity or a life we can’t sustain.

Since the start of the construction, I’ve had to get nails taken out of my tires on SEVERAL different occasions ($20.00+ each time), the amount of dust and dirt IN THE AIR that not only messes up our vehicles but we are BREATHING IT IN DAILY. Now you want us to pay a fee to come home?? I don’t want to be forced to pay a toll when I must leave my home for work or a simple store run or for any other reason. I don’t think it’s fair or right for us residents to have to pay for our own gentrification. I stand against any toll for Tresure Island.

I don't think anyone would ever want to pay for toll during rush hour, this doesn't make any sense at all. I drive rush hour every day, and I don't know anyone thats wants to pay an extra $1,200+ per for year for absolutely nothing more than a huge $$$ inconvenience, and then to go pay for parking in the City. Just the thought of them doing this shows they really don't care anything about the residents here. I'm not aware of any neighborhoods anywhere that charge a toll to visitors or residents.

I live in San Francisco but do not live on Treasure Island. I make good money an d can well afford the toll. However, I am against the toll and see no reason for it.

This is getting out of control, everyone except tech bosses are going to have to move away. No one will be able to live or work anywhere around here.

No toll. It creates bottle necks at toll gates and traffic congestion. Charge non-residents for parking, and give the residents a parking permit for the entire island.
