This petition is to oppose the application made by Upper Canada Consultants on behalf of JMT Partnership to rezone 39 Oakland Avenue from the exisiting residental low density 1 (RL1) to site speicific residential low density 2 (RL2) in Zoning By-Law 2017-117 File no 2021-03. the purpose is to permit street townhouse dwellings.

I wish you would quit trying to ruin beautiful older neighborhoods, leave us alone.
Please sign this petition to stop the building of town houses in that area 39 Oakland Avenue , it is all single homes and the builder wants to add town houses ... stop the city from rezoning it to town house dwelling from single family homes ... it will look like an eye sore for sure .. The streets are already way too full of cars. We dont need more townhouses squeezing into this spot, keep the zoning how it is.
