Not thought out properly. Too close to residents. And too close to power station. First thing to go.

Common sense tells you, that any high risk should be kept well away from the population at all times. LNG & NG Installations this time its way too near. What are we waiting for. NO TO THIS GEN STN NOT WORTH THE RISK.

It would be a huge mistake to build this plant a few metres away from a heavily populated area which not only comprises of residential neighbourhoods but also a hospital, an airport, a cruise liner terminal as well as several schools.

There are two sets of choices, LNG or diesel and N Mole or Lathbury.
Lathbury is the best site away from populated areas whichever wind is blowing. N Mole will create respiratory illness and worse all the way from Waterport Terraces to Beachview Terraces including Glacis and Laguna.
LNG might be cleaner but the risks are simply not worth it. Stick to a modern well maintained diesel plant
