We have far too much Central Valley traffic impacting the surrounding regions already. The LAST thing we need is more traffic and pollution in agricultural areas

This is another terrible idea to move forward with considering the already extremely overburdened infrastructure system that would not be upgraded prior to allowing this behemoth. The "university" and VFW are just carrots that would likely never come, or be cut down to nothing unless they generate a revenue stream for the developer. Don't fall for it.
