I am a resident on Durham Ferry Road in South Tracy. This project would absolutely have a negative effect on the surrounding farmland and community. The "jobs" and "university" that it says will help the community is a sham and will only make more truck traffic and take away from our agriculture land. The infrastructure is just not there and will likely increase crime as well. 100% AGAINST Pacific Gateway Project!

We oppose the Pacific Gateway Project and do not support any effort to rezone any lands on or near South Chrisman Road to commercial or industrial use. We do not want any additional traffic clogging our roadways.

No! This is not okay! There are already too many industiral building here. If they add another in the only ag area left it will swallow the town. There will be no balance to the community offerings. NO!!!
