Please stop the paving of our prime agriculture land... Once its paved over its gone! Why do we need more warehouses? Many of the existing warehouses are empty. Is this the only industry this area is good for....

NO to this industrial complex!!! I absolutely do NOT want our farmland eaten up by yet another industrial complex. This is simply a money grab for the land owner who is already worth millions. My husband and I moved to the country for peace and quiet, to get away from the city traffic and this kind of industrial annoyance. We raised horses and now almonds. These land developers have Grantline to continue destroying. LEAVE CHRISTMAN AND DURHAM FERRY ALONE!!! LEAVE OUR LAND ALONE! NO MORE DEVELOPMENTS!!!

There is already too much newly built Industrial in Tracy! Nearly all is Vacant! This "university" is NOT for higher education nor is it for all residents. Look up the university they have in bay area...it's a ethnic dance school. The VWF hall is a nice shiny token. Don't get caught in it's light that shades your good judgement and common sense. This is our prime farmland we need to preserve it and our open space. And be prepared to fix our roads often once you bring in the big rigs flowing up and down our street's all day if you let this pass. This project is really insulting to the residents who live here and outrageous that the people making this decision are not affected so you don't care.

The traffic is already a mess . No one will widen mountain house parkway at the aqueducts and 580 ramps an obvious problem for over a decade now. Yet more buildings are approved. The surrounding infrastructure is deteriorating at astonishing rate. With no maintenance in sight. Then the trucks and the rain are blamed for lacking maintenance.

Chrisman, MacArthur, Tracy Blvd., Linne Road...do we really want to increase truck traffic and the damage the trucks are already doing at taxpayer expense?

This project will make Linne Road and Chrisman roads and many other roads near there a lot busier than they already are also this project will significantly take from our precious water supply they claim it’s going to help the veterans but a very small portion of the project is for the benefit of the veterans it’s more of a front to pass the project. I myself am a veteran and I went to the meeting and I don’t see any benefit for our veterans, the only reason veterans are mentioned in a small portion of their project, is because it potentially will help pass their agenda please vote no
