The pressure we generated is the only reason the administration finally agreed to pause this disgrace and come to the table. Do not mistake this temporary stop for a victory because the board is still trying to dismantle our identity behind closed doors. Keep your eyes sharp and stay ready to flood their offices again the second they backtrack.

This is a highly distructive idea and will damage the brand of CSA. There’s a certain pride to be able to say I studied at the “Cambridge School of Art” as it alines us not only with AUR but with all the Cambridge Colleges. Frankly with all the changes happening, I’m beginning to reconsider my MA I’m October 2018, and although it’s only a name to some, this has a considerable impact on my decision.
Fully support this petition. The proposed name change is really destructive and would lead me to consider relocating my research studies.
