Babies for man type freedoms should be banned as a womenly thing. A man should be free to purchase & do as he pleases. There should be no spousal bartering system in place for him to achieve this. This is why the petition of "No Anchor Babies" was created, to make sure that a woman can not use the line of "You can have (insert man freedom) if we have another baby." Thank You
