Please keep this neighborhood as pretty as it is. Keep it looking as beautiful as the rest of Georgia and the surrounding area.
Please No road and further housing development.

Safety of our neighborhood is my #1 concern. A through road will increase traffic, not only from a connecting neighborhood, but from other neighborhoods off of Holbrook Rd as well. We moved to Cumming for the quiet and nature, and we picked Pleasant Manor because it is a small neighborhood with lots of green space, and woods and a creek behind our house. We live a few houses down from the lots where the through road is being considered. It will be a shame to knock the forest down, build a bridge over the creek, and ruin the reason we picked this neighborhood. My family and I vote NO to the through road!

I live right next door to the proposed connecting road, and have repeatedly been told by DR Horton reps that a home will be built on that lot. Please hold them to their word!

Thru traffic between subdivisions isn't even common here nor should a developer change the plan that was sold to the current residents.

We don't want the road. No residents of PME want the road. It was never discussed as a possible plan when we were buying in the neighborhood!!!

I oppose this road as it was not disclosed to residents upon purchase. We bought understanding that 88 homes would be built surrounded by green space.

When we moved in we were reassured only 80 some homes where being built with one entrance/ exit. No way do we want another entrance. The crime rate will double. We vote NO!!!!!!
