At the June 16th East Lakeview Neighbors meeting, a \"packed\" room voted to endorse the re-zoning request for the rooftop clubs at 3633 and 3637 N. Sheffield. (After this farcical vote, the young patrons of the Cubby Bear returned to their beer-besotted party downstairs.)
