This neighborhood is rapidly becoming unlivable! Who wants to inhabit dark alleys between skyscrapers with no sunlight. The neglect of the urban fabric, which makes the streets a place of communication and exchange, negates the point of living in the city.

Stop cramming overblown inappropriate buildings into the cityscape. The city is being suffocated, plunged into shadow, and immobilized by a zoning process that favors overbuilding above a quality environment for all city dwellers.

The proposed project is 2.5x what the current zoning is. And the Gotham Organization is being sued for ADA violations in its other buildings. Where is the Department of Buildings on this?
