Not what we want for our area. Not what was originally agreed to. Terrible traffic already right at that intersection. We will have to go South to Fulton off Mcginnis ferry to shop to avoid that area. Shame

While I am not in favor of either proposal, I understand the need for development & growth. However, if the CBD can incorporate community based business opportunity/or education based interest to compliment green space I’d vote for it,

As a home owner in the Summit @ Brookwood I do not support this rezoning. I DO NOT want more housing added to this area, especially apartments! We already have a problem with traffic and overcrowded schools. This will make the situation worse! Keep your promise by using this land for commerical use. And keep the green space!

Please consider the congestion already existing and deny this request. The roads cannot take more cars and traffic without impact to this area.

No more shopping center on 141. We already have too many; instead, add on to existing ones where land space is available. No more residential in this area as traffic is already extremely congested on Caney, Brookwood, and 141. Our schools are already overcrowded; more residential only increases the problem. Expand Caney Creek Preserve and bring back the Friday Farmers Market! Many of Forsyth County Residents moved to Forsyth County for the green space and great schools.

NO NO and NO...I agree with several other folks, we have enough traffic to deal with and UNFINISHED construction going on already! I vote NO for this rezoning

I suggest expanding Caney Preserve, bring back the Friday Farmers Market! Traffic is already extremely congested in this area. The schools the children would attend if they were to build residential on this property are already overcrowded. Do we not already have enough shopping centers on 141? Add on to the existing one where land space permits; don't create more shopping centers o 141. Preserve the green space; that's why many of us moved to Forsyth County.

Traffic in this area is already a nightmare and the schools are overcrowded. This unbridled and poorly planned growth must stop!

This land should be a park. The schools in this area can not handle this additional load!

Schools are already overcrowded; traffic is already bad. No to the proposed change.

Do NOT add 700 more residences to a school district that is already overcrowded! Kids who live 1.5 miles from Lambert High School can attend it because of the overcrowding.
