It already takes 25-30 minutes to get from Caney Rd to Brookwood at some times. How many existing neighborhoods will be even more negatively impacted by this change? This is a very poor choice of location for such high density housing. Before the commissioners give permission for this change, they need to build a bridge or a tunnel from Caney to 141. Better yet, let the developer-beneficiary build it.

Our area has become congested. The developers benefit while the residents pay for the bulk of the infrastructure improvements required, if they happen at all.

I vote NO for this proposed high density development plan. Our community would be better served by a low density light commercial development on this land.

Please say NO to the new proposal of mixed use development here! Our schools and roads can’t take that many more residents. Very congested as is.

This sounds awful. That area is already so congested. Enough is enough. Can we please just enjoy some green space. This area does not have the infrastructure to handle what is being proposed.

I am appalled at the growth. I live off of Caney and Christopher Robin with the only access to 141 via Brookwood or Old Alpharetta. It currently can take 30-45minutes to drive less than 2 miles to get to the Target shopping plaza from my house during peak traffic times which are from 4-7 pm. And 6:30-8:30am. It has taken as long as 35-40 minutes to get to Brookwood Elementary from my house also less than 2 miles. I am completely against any further growth. Having lived in my home for 14 years it is really disappointing to see this being proposed.

Our roads nor schools can accommodate such a huge change in population in this area. Who needs this housing?

Too much traffic already. Don’t need apartments for non- committal folks in the county
