area can not happen the increase in population density and traffic. It will take YEARS for infrastructure and schools to play catch up alll the while the local citizens face the pain and aggravation of having to live day to day through this living hell.

Save Caney Preserve from being overrun by the proposed apartments and other residential units. It was zoned commercial for a reason and not residential! I expect our elected officials to stand by the commercial zoning and act with integrity and honesty! You know there is no room to take on anymore housing. Our splost tax dollars built this nature preserve in order to preserve habitat and wildlife and offer us some serenity and quality of life. Now they want to put it at risk. Brookwood Rd is incompetent for the traffic it already receives. In fact, it never could handle the traffic. The schools are grossly overcrowded. The Brookwood area was developed for quality of life, and it's all but been taken away, as much of Forsyth has lost. Vote NO

I do not support the rezoning of the fuqua development. We already have a lot of traffic in this area. 141 and Brookwood won’t be able to support the add’l traffic if this development proceeds forward.

Our schools are unable to handle this type of development. Continued overcrowding can now support the excellence in education we want for forsyth county. This is not responsible development!

We've already overdeveloped the residential footprint in Forsyth. We need more commercial development to balance traffic and jobs.

This area is too populated already. Adding more homes to this busy area and dumping extra traffic on the roads is a safety concern.

I completely oppose the redistricting of the land parcel noted. We currently do not have the infrastructure in place to support such a development.
