This is absolutely insane, to even think about putting a rehabilitation facility here! Firstly, this is a very quiet residential community with a lot of children and two schools near by. Secondly, I moved from the craziness of NYC and don't need to have this here. Thirdly, the property value will drop, crime will rise and so will the drug exposure. We pay a lot of taxes here to keep the community safe and this is unexpectable. There are plenty of other places to put this facility. It's sad that because the owner of a multimillion estate wants to sell, we will all be punished. What would he/she care, they will no longer be here? I don't know who's getting a cut in this deal but it's very inconsiderate to disregard how the community feels. The bottom line is that it should and cannot happen here!!!!!

Township of Allamuchy should deny application to re-zone the property at 25 and 27 Rutherford Road:
> Panther Valley is a community adjacent to said property with a concentration of Elementary and Middle School students that could be negatively influenced or preyed upon by the inhabitants of the proposed ARS facility.
> Keeping with the pristine nature of Panther Valley, there is no Security Fence that would contain "patients" of ARS and prevent residence from meandering across property lines.
> Panther Valleys Security will be unable to patrol the area against "walk-ons"
> Property values in Panther Valley and Allamuchy will go down and real-estate sales impacted.
> Warren County can provide better opportunities for a rehab facility in less population-dense areas.

This type of facility will only serve to diminish the value and appeal of Panther Valley and it's surrounding area(s). Advanced Recovery has the right to operate its business but NOT in our backyards! Please look elsewhere!

As a homeowner in Panther Valley with a young child I find it very disturbing that there is A possibility of a rehab center being built right in my backyard. Not only will our house value drop but the area will not seem safe. We will have no other choice than having to move if this rehab centers being built as I know many Pv home owners will do the same.

I support this petition this is a very nice community and that is why we moved here. I have small children and don't need this type of place near them. Very inappropriate and there is plenty of empty farm lands or property to put this on.

This center will not add anything good to Allamuchy and Panther Valley. It will have a detrimental impact upon our community. The potential land re-zoning for this re-hab center was not what we expected when we recently moved to Panther Valley, a beautiful, quiet and friendly residential place to reside.
