We recently moved to Panther Valley a few years ago and we love the serenity of the area as well as a safe environment. We want it to stay that way.I'm sure there are better areas ore suited for that type of service

Panther Valley is a residential community, there are no doctor offices,clinics,businesses or such commercial enterprises.Lets keep it that way, put your clinic in an area where it belongs.

We need as many people as possible to show up at the April 28th meeting to voice their opinion! Please spread the news to all of your neighbors. So many people in Allamuchy have no idea that this is going on.

This facility does not belong in any residential community, and definitely not ours! Perhaps one of the empty facilities in the Trade Zone would be a better fit for this type of facility.

I've seen how a facility of this design drove down the housing values of the immediate area and actually raised the crime in process. Allamuchy does not even have a designated police department. How on earth can a rehab facility be even considered before this is addressed?

There are literally thousands of other locations and structures in the tri-county area available for this type of facility without a need for rezoning that don't spoil the prized tranquil setting in this small rural family community. The trade zone has many empty buildings. Isn't that why the township bought up most of the open space in Allamuchy in the first place?? To keep businesses out? Property values have been destroyed far too much by high taxes already. We do not need the tax income from a drug addiction and mental health facility. Why use a location walking distance to a liquor distributing bar. Go to a properly zoned location and don't destroy a farming and residential town. Break the site up into multiple 1-2 acre residential building lots and draw additional families to our community or offer it to the Mattar brothers for use as a spa. I like living in a place where I don't need to worry if I forget to lock my door at night.

There are a multitude of issues that need to be discussed regarding the complications that will impact our community as a result of this proposed action. We need to come together to strongly voice our opposition!!
