Our god given right to self preservation and self protection SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED by anyone in any way. Yes, there is a mental health problem in the US. Focus on the problem, not the tool. It is unconstitutional to deprive our rights as a result of the actions of others. In most cases, these suspects were well know to law enforcement. They could have been charged with a crime that would have made buying a gun more difficult for that suspect. Fix the system already in place.

Too many people believe the Constitution can be changed by law or court. Only an amendment can change the Constitution and we should be very hesitant to utilize that ability.
