Red Flag laws are clearly unconstitutional and prone to extreme abuse. Even now, they are being used to disarm law-abiding individuals, accomplishing on a one by one basis what those who abhor the 2nd Amendment could not otherwise accomplish.
These laws are going to get some innocent people and law enforcement officers killed. At first glance these laws look good but not after you logically think about it. Too open for abuse, some people feel that any civilian with a firearm is a threat
If someone is a danger to others or themselves, they should be held. We have laws prohibiting Felons from owning guns. It's past time that the medical profession step up and identify those who are a danger. Not some Joe Blow. Our laws require proof, not hearsay.
Do not allow Red Flag Laws to happen. It will just be another way for people with a personal grudge to take away 2nd Amendment Rights for no reason other than "I dont like that person so I'll report them" pettiness, like Facebook
Red Flag laws are a danger to legal firearm owners if someone in their family has a beef with then and turns them in. A Red Flag law must disclose who turned it in and for what reason and if it's a false report that person should be held liable for legal action.

ANY law that bypasses due process does not belong in America...Not one...Especially when it comes to the very right we uphold to protect us from government tyranny....Pre-crime laws are an egregious violation of our Constitution at the very least, and We the People do not accept it!!!

Red flag laws violate not only out second amendment rights but our rights against unreasonable search and seizure and due process. Unconstitutional on several levels and it’s time we reclaimed our natural rights and return to the constitutional republic that we are.
