This statement is fact. The Bill of Rights mearly guarantee's our God Given Right / natural Rights...therefore above the laws of man. That right is an inalienable right.
Red Flag laws violate the 4th and 5th amendment of the US Constitution, and as such have no authorization powers to comply with said laws or validity. Nullification of said laws is justified.
