ANY law that bypasses due process does not belong in America...Not one...Especially when it comes to the very right we uphold to protect us from government tyranny....Pre-crime laws are an egregious violation of our Constitution at the very least, and We the People do not accept it!!!

We the people signed declare Red Flag Laws Unconstitutional and to easy to abuse by gun grabbers on the left. We are against Red Flag Laws due to no due process and request the Government state and Federal to return to the basis our Constitution and Bill of Rights are set upon "Innocent until proven Guilty ! By The People For The People 1 NO RED FLAG LAWS.

I understand the desire to protect citizens but it is against the constitution to deny someone’s rights without due process. I know some people will call the police and complain they’re afraid of their neighbor and start a red flag complaint just because they’re mad about the way he trimmed his bushes or something.

Red Flag laws are clearly unconstitutional and prone to extreme abuse. Even now, they are being used to disarm law-abiding individuals, accomplishing on a one by one basis what those who abhor the 2nd Amendment could not otherwise accomplish.
