Mr. Bobb was hired in March 2009 by Governor Granholm to cut the deficit and balance the budget at DPS. He failed to complete the task and admitted this on T.V. In fact, Mr. Bobb increased the deficit by hiring pricey consultants. Furthermore, he stepped into the realm of academics, where he has no experience, and this act has jeopardized the quality of education for our students. His continued negative actions against teachers such as; layoffs, TIP deductions of $250 per pay, increased cost of health care, and large class sizes is destroying our district. Therefore, do not continue his employment at DPS and return the district back to the people!
