Please leave the prison where it is!! Stop appeasing the over-privileged who "don't want it there" anymore. The prison was there when they moved in, so they knew what they were getting when they bought their nice house.

This community is just getting started but has been here long enough to have a high population of children and families, thus making it entirely unsuitable for a prison.

Against the prison being relocated to either Saratoga Springs or Eagle Mountain. Both are my community. Both are surrounded by schools, residences and both are growing. I do not want to see a prison in my backyard.

Is it true that another hearing on this is scheduled for Dec. 22? If so, where and what time?

Doesn't make sense to relocate a prison due to encroaching development, and then move it to one of the fastest growing areas in the country. Add to that, that the proposed sites are near lots of kids, schools, churches and shopping areas. These families have invested in homes, probably the bulk of their financial worth, and relocating a prison here would be incredibly detrimental to that investment, as well as their safety

I recently purchased a home in this area, and had I known this was going on I wouldn't have. I am not alone in those feelings. Putting a prison in either Eagle Mountain or Saratoga Springs will kill the growth in the community and it is a farce to state otherwise.

Why not put the prison way out west were the chemical burn plant was located.

With all the room in the west desert why put a prison in a township at all?

Relocating the prison to the Saratoga Springs, and Eagle Mountain areas, which are the two fastest growing cities in the state makes no sense to me. No thank you!

The prison needs to be away from a major population center, which this area is becoming.

Moving the prison to some of the fastest-growing towns in Utah makes absolutely no sense.

Makes NO SENSE whatsoever to build a prison near school and residential areas! PLEASE NO!

I oppose to the prison being placed in the fastest growing cities in the nation. These cities are family based and having a prison here will bring an element that we just cannot have. You will find that current citizens will move out and the local economy and demographic will change drastically from what it is today - a solid family based community. Please vote against this proposal.
