NO on S. 3319 (FLAVOR BAN)

I have not had a cigarette in 5 years thanks to switching to vaping. Leave us adults alone to make our own choices, I am a 62 year old male how is able to make his own choices for an alternative to smoking.

I was a very heavy smoker 5 years ago. Vaping helped me quit. I started at a high milligram but now I'm at 3mgs. Taking the flavors away would probably start me smoking again. Also, why is it legal for cannabis shops to sell 'cherry' flavored, star shaped THC jujubes? If anything, something DISGUISED as candy could harm and/ or kill a child.

I stopped smoking menthol cigarettes immediately upon vaping mint & then menthol. I’ve been very happy with my choice. Life is all about choices & I will extremely unhappy if they take away mine away.

When will all this government control stop. We have to stop letting them control our lives.

I'm a 50yr old male and a cigarette smoker for 30yr. I purchased a vape product to help me quit cigarettes. Ive bought & enjoy the melon flavored e-liquids with nicotine. My own doctor said on my last visit that my lungs sounded better than they ever have. Period

Flavor ban is absurd. Parents should get control of their kids. Adults should be allowed to make their own choices!!!!

Vaping is for ADULTS. It helps them quit cigarrttes. Punish KIDS caught vaping - not ADULTS! This is about lost MONEY for tobacco companies, not safety. Those who got sick or died were from blackmarket THC pods- not store bought, GDA regulated vape juice! If state cant pay back the MSA, find another way!

This will cause many people including me to go back to smoking. Since I went to vaping I have gone from smoking full flavor Winston's to 3mg vape juice. Quite a huge drop for me and my health. Parents should keep their children safe not & not vaping. Grown adults should have a choice.

This product should be regulated but not controlled how they are trying. I was a 20 plus year smoker of cigarettes.. now 5 years away from them having switched. I've never felt better!! Leave us alone!

I quit smoking using various flavours, including, fruits, bakery, creams. As a former smoker I didn't want to vape tobacco nor menthol tobacco because it was something I wanted to stay away from it. At this moment in time I'm vaping Raspberry Dessert, Caramel Mocha and Pecan Biscuit. Thank you, Elvis S.

Vaping has helped my daughter and I to quit smoking cigarettes and my husband chew tobacco. I smoked for over 40 years, had a horrible cough, wheezed constantly and now that I vape, I no longer wheeze or cough and can breath much better. If you are going to ban this then you also need to ban cigars and cigarettes because they have caused thousands of deaths to the smoker and because of second hand smoke.

I have been smoke free for 7 yers because of vaping. I watched my father die july 21st of stage 4 small cell carcinoma lung cancer from over 50 years of smoking cigarettes. I do not wish that on anyone. Vapeing is helping adults quit smoking and become healthier. Dont take that away from these people.

As a pack or 2 cigarettes a day... I was able to put them down and haven't looked back... flavors are the absolute only reason why I was able to drop cigarettes... without flavored e-juice I would still smell like a ashtray and still be smoking and killing myself slowly... we need our flavors
