NO on S. 3319 (FLAVOR BAN)

I started smoking before I was 18. E-cigarettes and flavor save my life. Without them I would definitely go back to regular cigarettes Esta concern is marketing towards children just change the bill so the packaging has to be nothing but black and white with the flavor and the company label. . Problem-solve

Please think of adults trying to quit smoken. Vape has help me free myslef from a 2 pack a day habit. Also it lowered my debt from ending up in the hospital with breathing issues 3 or 4 times a year with no insurance. Kids will always get there hands on smokes or vapes. Better education for children would forgo bans on adult only products. Banning flavors will do nothing esp with dyi juice being made. They will just be able to still make their own juice. This only only help big tobacco an hurt people that are having success quitting and hurting big tobacco's products. Further more as a country how can we still allow cigarettes to be legal but take away a better alternative. I dont see how this is helping anyone.

Even as someone who enjoys tobacco flavors, I think it's preposterous to limit adult smokers to a "One Size Fits All" approach. I work at a vape shop that sees a decent amount of traffic per day, and I get requests for tobacco flavors *maybe* once a week, if not once a month. When helping someone decide on an e-liquid, I ask if they're open to tobacco flavors, just in case. What I've experienced is that 9/10 of the people I serve despise tobacco, and would go back to smoking if they had no other flavors. Adults, whether 23 or 68, have requested fruity flavors, coffees, candies, and even cocktails; but turn their nose at tobacco, and think I'm strange for enjoying it. If we limit these consumers to tobacco flavors, we're telling that sweet little old lady that she shouldn't enjoy vaping strawberry candy because she's an adult. We're telling that grandfather that he shouldn't want pancake flavors, because he's an adult. We're telling that college student who's relatives are cancer patients that they should only be allowed to vape tobacco, whether or not it upsets them. I believe that vaping can be an essential tool for adults looking to quit smoking, or curb their addiction. Telling my customers to grow up and smoke a real cigarette is the most insincere thing I could do.

They need to stop worrying about this and worry about how our roads aren’t fit to drive on, the air we breathe on a daily basis is worse than any vapor, and how our education system is the laughing stock of the entire world. #noons3319

i Quit Smoking 5 Years Ago with Vanilla Custard Flavor and havent looked back because of the variety of flavors i can choose from . With a flavor ban myself and many others will be forced to go back to deadly tobacco and many will also lose their jobs .Prohibition has and never worked

Vaping saved my life. Flavors give me something else to focus on other than buying a pack of cigarettes. I dont have cravings, vaping has become a hobby to me and has completely improved my health. My kids have more time with me thanks to my ability to vape. Taking away my ability to have access to flavored juices is setting me up for failure. You cant quit smoking by vaping tobacco flavored ejuice.

I was a 4 and a half pack a day and I was trying every thing in my power to quite smoking and i started vaping a know I've been vaping for 2 almost 3 years now and I feel so much better now that I quite smoking and strawberry cookie helped me quite smoking #savetheflavor

Vaping helped make my life better I breath better and feel better I love the different flavors like lemon raspberry and candy flavors. The different flavors keeps me off smoking cigarettes don’t ban ejuice flavors

Just another way for the tobacco industry to win. Vaping is helping too many people quit smoking, so of course they have to find a way to make people pick of the cigarettes up again. No one is going to want to vape Tabacco flavors just gonna send people the other way and that’s what they want.
