We object to the invasion of the privacy of our neighbors. If this development is allowed, what is to stop orther business to feel they have the right to put up other large developments that will affect the property values and quality of life in our neighborhood.

Not an appropriate business for this residential area. The business has outgrown the land area. Traffic in and out of this location leads to a problem on Metcalf avenue

We do not want V&A to have more than 3 floors on any of their buildings. Looking at a 3-story comerical building in my backyard is already a strech in tolerance.

Too much of our beautiful nature is being taken away. Please don't hide from our view what little we have left by your building.

I feel adding a 4th floor will be negative to current homeowners on Oakridge & those backing the Baptist Church Parking Lot, with constant traffic all day.

3 floors is already looms large for this location, and the addition of the fourth should be completely rejected by the city. The traffic is considerable every morning when I turn left from 101st onto Metcalf--I'm always contending with the shuttle that is bringing people to their cars at the church.

I am against the addition of the fourth floor. They do no have enough parking to accomodate their business. They park about 50 cars at the Baptist church.across the street. We don't need this traffic in a resedential area.
