The NDA and Magnox Ltd are investigating nuclear storage for higher level waste for all of Southern and Central Scotland, incuding the waste from Chapelcross, Torness and Hunterston A and B.
This is in line with Scottish Government policy of near-site near-surface storage of nuclear waste
Hunterston is being included in the study, despite past assurances that the store at Hunterston would only be used for waste generated on the site.
Please sign my petition against the use of Hunterston as the site for Nuclear Waste from other sites.
