Stop over building our waterfront. We need open space not over sized hotels that are only for the enjoyment of paying customers!

Please revise the port Authority Plan as it pertains to Coronado to prohibit any additional hotels being built in Coronado on Port Authority controlled land.

This is a residential community closely impacted by Port lands. Do not take away the desire of visitors to come here by what you propose. I would not go sit on a sidewalk in front of the Coronado Marriott and you want to give us more of that?

I strongly oppose any additional hotel rooms to be built on Port-owned lands in Coronado. We already have a major density problem, and more rooms would exacerbate the major problem we are trying to deal with.

How about spend the money on a new grass/fenced in dog park on the island OR some suicide fencing on the bridge? It’s obvious that locals don’t want this new hotel plan and have been asking for the mentioned for a while with no response but “We’ll look into it”.

Coronado cannot support any more hotel rooms - the traffic and density here is already unbearable. No more visitors, of which these hotels and performing arts center etc at the Ferry Landing would bring in a hoard. Until you build us another bridge or tunnel or figure out how to add roads or reroute traffic, Coronado wants none of what you have proposed: Thank you!

No hotel! A hotel at that location is not wanted or needed. It's simply NOT a good fit.

Please, no new hotels. Continue environmental stewardship by maintaining the open space and keeping the air space vacant. What about a dog park or a separate bike lane to draw in people. The stores need updating but can still be one story tall.

Coronado is over populated now. We don’t need more apartments on top of of all the building of homes going on. Traffic and crowding is ridiculous now. Quit trying to turn Coronado into Balboa Island or Newport.
