A 10,000 sq. ft. Mosque is proposed to be built on the site of an Existing two up two down town house (approx 700 sq. ft.) that was being used as a Mosque. This is not only disproportionate to the original development but is being disguised as a "Community Centre" within a planning proposal by a National Supermarket Waitrose. We are asking people to vote NO! We like our community the way it is and do not want a forced influx of any particular demographic. It also shows hyprocrasy by big business as when they struck the deal to buy the land and build the new Mosque they were being sued by a different Muslim group for selling Alcohol.
