We the people of Gujarat strongly condemn the banning of mobile internet services for two times in short span of one month between August 25 to September 19, 2015.
Today, thousands of people in Gujarat use internet for business purpose, students use internet for studies and lakhs of Gujaratis use internet to communicate in their daily life.
Its extremely unfair and against the core values of democracy to punish lakhs of internet users only because few people misuse internet services to spread violence.
We demand strong legal actions whoever misuses the internet to spread violence and WE ALSO DEMAND THE ASSURANCE that lakhs of innocent users in Gujarat will NOT FACE INTERNET BANS in future.
We demand that the Government will make sure that the democratic rights of Gujarat will be protected.

I totally agree with the petition.. It is just like a mischievous student does a mischief and the whole class gets the punishment. This should be resolved.
The right to communicate is not for the government to take away as and when required. Make strong regulations so that such steps are not needed in the future.
I am a student and I need internet services for my study purposes and if in the exam prime time internet services are being banned then it's really unfair!
Internet has nothing to do with hardik patel. People have their business online so please just stop baning the internet.
Dear Commissioner of Ahmedabad... Do not ban again internet... V r research scholar to communicate with scientists anytime to solve out problems of community.. REQUEST AND REGARDS SANJAY

For me as the international intern in Gujarat who has recently arrived it is extremely inconvenient because I do not know the city yet and almost always internet is my only way ro find a proper place or check something.
