I am 100% against rezoning this property. We have way to many dump trucks on 78. Drive on crescent acres road. It is terrible.

Soy un miembro de la comunidad de Crecen acres a la cual la cantidad de troques y buses de sandía dañaron grandemente nuestra calle principal y ahora es muy difícil transitar por el daño causado en la carretera, al igual era un gran peligro para los niños ya que siempre pasaban muy recio sin respetar. Por eso apoyo a esta petición no queremos más daño a la comunidad de fort Denaud.

This mining would have a totally negative impact on the residential areas using SR 78/North River road. The road already in horrible shape in many areas. The thought of those huge dump trucks running through Alva schools drop off and pick up is really scary. Their plan is for 150 trips in 8hr everyday for 5 years. This not acceptable!

The infrastructure of state road 78 cannot handle the additional traffic of large dump trucks and other construction vehicles that will be utilized for the proposed mine. With vehicles already going dangerously fast on this road, the added traffic will be fatal especially with the school bus stops so close. There is no need for this to be reasoned and will only hurt the community and surrounding homes and businesses.

Vivo en Crecen Acres .. Una comunidad con muchas necesidades y no emos sido escuchados . Una de ellas es la carretera principal q a sido muy dañada por muchos troques q pasan con tierra q están sacando de la misma área eso causa daños alos carros y los Buces de escuela q pasan por los niños de la misma área ..La mina traerá mucho más problemas por lo q no estoy de acuerdo q se autorice q se aga .gracias por su atención .

The additional traffic & inevitable debris associated with this proposal on an already fragile roadway is literally an accident waiting to happen. Together with added risk to wildlife, none the least of which being Panthers that have been tracked in this area, Commission approval would be a slap in the face to all the good people along CR 78 who sought the solace of an agricultural setting.
