As a 30 year+ resident of Alva, we have seen enough of the development taking over our land and roads. This would immensely add to our horrible traffic conditions, especially with dump trucks.!

Having this kind of heavy traffic on this 2 lane curvy road is not wise for the infrastructure in our community (the road already suffers from erosion and root damage in places). The safety of children around the local school and their bus stops is also a major concern, along with other impacts on out environment.
