No mines should be allowed in residential areas.

I am against this. Is the worst thing for our peaceful little town. That means mor traffic and road destruction. Then they will put more taxes to fix the roads.

The roads on hwy 78 are in no condition to handle this kind of traffic. Please don’t but our children (on school buses) in this type of danger. Thank you.

Our roads can’t handle this much traffic. Who will repair them when the project is finished?

Just asking for a major problem if this is allowed. It would create an unsafe amount of traffic on an already under maintained road! Noise pollution for residential properties! Unsafe environment for kids waiting for a bus. And a very bad detriment to our ecosystem. By taking soil from that area!!

No!!! Too many dump trucks as it is!!! They speed, tailgate and have no respect for others on the road!!! They are all ready beating this road to death!!! Why is law enforcement looking the other way on this???

Put something g in that land that will pay taxes, have a positive impact in the area, and help fix the roads. Sandpits pay NEITHER taxes (they lease the equipment from a county with little or no taxes)but they impede traffic and destroy the roads. The commissioners that vote to approve this should be voted out next term. They don't have the good of the people who elected them at heart.
