In my opinion this will degrade the peaceful, safe small town personality of our community, and potentially being unwanted crime, biohazard pollution ( needles,etc). And possible creep of a drug trade that we don't want.

This is unacceptable! It is too close to the park, too close to St. Peter's Catholic School, too close to my favorite restaurants, and too close to my favorite shops. Shame on you Monument Elected Officials! Stop this now
