I strongly oppose the methadone clinic location in the town of Monument. In jeopardy is the safety of our children, the security of our homes and the charm and character of our small family oriented town. Pending lawsuits against Colonial Management Group should frighten every resident in Monument. This is not what we want in our town, let's come together and defeat them!

Please consider that our beautiful town is not the appropriate place for this clinic. Not only is it downtown but it's immediately across from a park! This is not a good idea.

This clinic should not be near the park. I also question who would be useing this clinic. It seems to me more people from the Springs or other towns would be useing this facility. The clinic should be located in towns with the greatest need.

What is wrong with you people. We don't need a Methadone Clinic in our neighborhood. This would put these drug addicts and who knows what right into our neighborhood and within a few blocks to a elementary school. This is A REALLY BAD IDEA. Please don't let this happen. A better choice would be the building that is now occupied by "Vitamin Cottage" It would be bigger and place this treatment center next to our Monument Police Headquarters. Obviously a better choice.
