NO! That is not a good location. Is the plan to make Church Road a highway. We have enough building going on without attention to infrastructure!

When there are already enough churches to cover what is already it itself becomes a burden.

We do not need another church and we do not need a megachurch. There are too many churches in this area as it is

Way to much building already planned in Bowie. This would just add to the potential overcrowding and even more traffic.

Bowie is too crowded. We don’t need any further development, much less a church

Nothing against your church, but 60k SF is out of line. We also don't need anymore housing in Bowie,

Stop killing trees! Find a please to renovate instead. No more mega-churches as needed in PG county. Instead insvest in reconstruction efforts.

enough traffic here already. Go to an established church that is already built.

I vote no because the proposed location is a terrible location for a mega church for many reasons, including traffic, infrastructure and the resulting congestion.

Poor location for such a large church. The small church in site now causes congestion in a dangerous curve on Church Road. Disruptive to the Westview Neighborood. Church goers parking in front of homes in our neighborhood. Impacts neighbors ability to park.

Poor location, two churches already reside within a half mile radius of this plot. Traffic congestion is already at a high during mass on Sunday's would deter me from leaving my home at all to shop or take my children out.

Isn’t there a church in this corner already? I’m a no. Like some stated it’s overburdened and the animals are getting further pushed out. No need for this in this area.

We have enough churches and not enough taxes. With the addition of residential to already crowded schools and aging infrastructure, we don't need a large business that won't pay into our tax base. The City of Bowie needs to hear their residents and revisit these plans. I don't agree.

Churches dont pay taxes but use resources. The city of Bowie is already overburdened.

Traffic, congestion, overcrowding and further destruction of green space. NOT an improvement.

NO to more of these big BUSINESSES that don't pay taxes! We have plenty of churches including the Mega variety. The area infrastructure cannot handle it, and the church won't help pay for any.

I am against a hulking parasitic entity that will abuse the infrastructure of the city without paying taxes. NO MORE.
