We do not need the traffic congestion. There are enough large churches in the area.

No. There are plenty of churches in the area and the added congestion and deforestation gives no benefit to the community

No to this proposal! “Non-profit” and tax-free? No benefit to the city! Increase in traffic and road wear, depleting more natural spaces/homes to wildlife.

Animals are being pushed out of their habitats. Not to mention all of the roadkill we have.

This proposal will vastly increase traffic and be a drain on local resources.

This area cannot support the prijected congestion from such a big church. Building up infrastructure is not plausible to support the traffic in this area. FBCG is an example of the disruption a mega church can cause to the community.

I am in agreeance with everyone. What are the Bowie residence getting out of an MEGA church being built, on one of the busiest intersections? As one of the petitioners stated, what about the schools? I have children in every school of Bowie and I know that these are overcrowded due to the recent rezoning. This is definitely disturbing. We have an ice skating rink coming, 2 to be an exact, but not enough other fields in which other sports can be played. Why not build something for the neighborhood, instead of benefiting for one self!

I am opposed to a mega church being built at the intersection of Church Road and Mt. Oak Road. This corner of Bowie is suffering from over development with the pending Ice skate arena. I am almost certain that the minister and majority of his members do not live in Bowie. Even if you widen a lane or two; it will not resolve the problem of overgrowth. Bowie elected officials are buy reaching for the almighty dollar while giving little consideration to the residents.

need larger roadways to support the demand a mega church will bring

There are 3 churches already at that intersection. Most of the members are from out of the community and would not create more disruption in that intersection.

PGC has an overwhelming density of Mega churches -- especially in this area. Church Road and the surrounding roads are not capable of absorbing that traffic. Please locate somewhere else
