There are numerous negative impacts that would result from this proposed development going forward: 1. The County Council of Prince Georges is constantly attempting to raise taxes yet we are home to a great many mega churches. All connected to our water system, all using our roads and disrupting our weekends. Yet these cost are borne by the citizens, not the churches. 2. The traffic flow around that corner is already severely overloaded. The infrastructure can barely accommodate the current load; what makes anyone think it will handle the kind of population density that townhouses or apartment complexes will bring to the environment. 3. What impact on our property values will this diversity of development introduce to overall property evaluations?

There are already many churches in the area, and too much traffic/congestion.

Bowie is bursting at the seams as is. We have plenty of church options, The infrastructure, road/traffic wise is not set up to handle that large of a church.

Not religious but am all for people practicing whatever they want to practice. In this case I don't feel this is a good area for this church traffic and infrastructure wise

While I certainly welcome new churches to the community, the infrastructure in this area simply does not support a project of this size.

Traffic is already bad in that area now

A church this large is too large for this area. We already have a traffic problem and adding more housing and such a large church would case it to become a nightmare.

Overgrowth is threatening the quality of life in Bowie. This project is too large for the infrastructure and neighborhood.

Too much traffic now without the ice arena coming online yet. I am all for churches, just not a good location unless the road infrastructure changes. I would vote yes if other roads could handle the additional traffic. We have a hard time turning on Church Road (north) now from the Fairwood Parkway.
