Why should another mega-church profit from the infrastructure paid for with our taxes, and then not pay any taxes themselves? These bloated castles have a huge impact on resources, the environment, and on traffic, but while they make a few people excessively rich (which seems counter to Christian values), the rest of us get stuck footing the bill.

This residential community is not designed to support a mega church. There is already a mega church, Evangel Temple, within 3 miles of this church. The traffic at the intersection of Church
and Mt. Oak Road has increased tremendously over the last 5 years and adding a mega church would only contribute to making the traffic worse. We are also concerned about the effect of this proposed building on the value of our homes. We are opposed to changing the water/ sewage laws to accommodate more building in this community.

I object to a mega-church at that location. Apart from the new volume in traffic, there are 2 churches very close by Mt Oak United Methodist Church and Reformed Presbyterian Church of Bowie. There is also Judah Temple AME Zion Church down the road. Build something that will contribute to the tax base, not take away from it.

This will he a blight on the landscape and furthur destruction to wildlife, and will cause major disruption to traffic in the community.

I am completely against a mega church on Church Road. Too many mega church already exist whatever happened to a simply church why do we have to have a mega church. If theses churches have all this money to put into building these over sized churches why not put your money into the school system so our children can have a better education. Besides Church Road is already congested.

This proposed site cannot be supported in this neighborhood. Traffic will be a nightmare as the closest outlet to 301 will be mitchellville road. Too much congestion for this small neighborhood. Not to mention the construction process itself with huge trucks and machines and potential road blocks jeopardizing the safety of residents.
