I am NOT in favor of a “mega-Church” or large-capacity building/structure being built on or near Church Road, Bowie.

Bowie does not need a mega church in the community especially at the corner of Mt. Oak and Church road. There are already 3 mega churches within 5-7 miles of that location. The congestion is a pain especially during the summer. Please deny the permits for this mega church and think more of the constituents that live in Bowie. Please listen to our needs and wants for our community.

I am new to Bowie but I already realize we need healthier food options and employment opportunities over a mega church that pays no taxes.

I oppose the Mega Church. This is a quiet neighborhood with mostly single family homes. A mega church does not belong.

That location in Bowie is surrounded by family homes and forest while being very quiet. Adding a huge church or otherwise on the corner of Mt Oak Rd and Church Rd will not only cause tremendous traffic congestion, but also devalue the natural beauty of that area.

Wìth all the churches we already have in Bowie, we do not need another one - more so a mega one at that. No!

Building such a large structure on this location will be out of scale with the semi-rural residential landscspe, increase traffic and have a significant impact on the local eco-system by adding more paved surfaces that will add to water run-off. In addition, it will take away critical habitats for local deer and smaller wildlife.
