No MEGA CHURCH on Mount Oak and Church Road in Bowie

This structure will create a traffic night mare

To me, a MEGA Church becomes a MEGA Safety problem, a MEGA Financial problem. When I think of church I equate it with peace and tranquility. What happened to humble.

NO CHURCH.. We have enough churches for everyone

We have enough mega churches in the county. We lose tax revenues and play havoc with our traffic. Taxpayers and homeowners suffer with churches crowding out other facilities. If they insist on building, we should insist on examining the exalted tax status of churches.

I do not think this is a good location for this structure , we already have major traffic problems on this road

No to the mega church

I am against building a mega church anywhere on Church Road. The 'over development' of this particular area has already created traffic pattern problems with no proposed solutions. Adding a mega church will only excacerbate this problem.

NO MEGA CHURCH

There is already a significant increase in traffic and persons parking in our co.munity. there are 3 churches within a block from that corner. And 2 additional churches worshipping in their homes and at the school. Additionally the land just north is being overbuilt with homes. Help us stop this from coming to what used to be a peaceful community.

Apart from the fact that this will be a tax burden on the country for the water and sewer development, mega churches are a big business that are exempt from paying their share of taxes. And then also town homes and or apartment complexes on the property. NO NO and NO to this development.

There are 2 churchs with .5 miles of each already. This is a family community and the infrastructure can't take this development. The kids can barely get off of the school buses safely, as it is now. Please no more development.

The area cannot take any more strain on the infrastructure. The traffic is already bad and the roads can take it. The people can't take it.

A church of this size in this location will present major traffic issues for the neighborhoods that are in close proximity. It’s incredible that neighborhoods were not papered with information about a previous meeting.

Current residents are not in agreement with the location. Church Road cannot accommodate the amount of traffic currently and definitely cannot manage the amount of traffic of a mega church

This is an all around bad idea.
