We are strongly against this project as there is already a church located on that corner and Church Road cannot accommodate the traffic for a church of this magnitude.

There’s no room to accommodate the traffic congestion that this church would bring.

I strongly oppose the propose development for a 60,000 sf church, 700+ parking spaces and 12 single family homes. Development along Church Rd consists primarily of single family residences, with 1 smaller church located adjacent to the Mount Oak Rd intersection. I’ve lived in the Twelve Oaks development off Church Rd for over 25 years and have seen tremendous transformation in develop and traffic. Unlike smaller churches seating 300-500, mega churches like the one being proposed are big businesses that attract people to its destination not only on Sundays but all during the week got its various ministry activities. This type of development will only exacerbate existing traffic concerns, and will bring tremendous numbers of people into the area thus impacting the quiet and solitude we currently experience. Thus type of development is significantly inconsistent with the pattern of development on Church Rd. Finally, my community, located only a mile from the proper site, was not notified. For these reasons I strongly oppose the proposed development.

This will create more traffic. There are at least 6 churches within a 5 mile radius

This represents my opposition to the construction Victory Temple/Redeemed Christian Church of God. We do not want or need the myriad of problems that will be result of this.

How many times or different ways do we need to say No. Don't want or need additional traffic, pollution, water or sewer issues. Once this is permitted who knows what's next.

If they build this mega church, my family and I will have to relocate. Moved to Bowie over 10 years ago because of the small town feel. Now Bowie is getting too congested.
