There's no way those roads could handle the traffic of a mega church. Besides, there is a wonderful church at that corner already!

I live in a community near this intersection and drive through it everyday. The infrastructure is not there to support even more traffic on Church Road and especially in Bowie.

There are enough churches in the immediate area. The roads leading to the church cannot support a builging of that size or its frequency for usage.

PG county has enough Mega Churches that do not pay taxes, and require the residents to make up the taxes not paid by these churches. No more mega churches in this county.

Is unfortunate that a Mega Church that does not pay taxes, improve life the people but takes advantages of the gullible, has hoodwinked our council officials with a false sense of development. We have enough churches; we don't need another one. We need more infrastructures, social amenities, poverty eradication programs at this stage of our development. Our farmlands are diminishing daily, cost of food is skyrocketing, housing is becoming unaffordable, crime rate is growing, nothing is being done to address our insurmountable social maladies but investing 10's of Millions of Dollars in a Church that will end up creating Millionaire and Billionaires Pastors and General Overseers.
Apart from the strain this project would cause on the already over utilized amenities on the ground, it will attract all kinds of Individuals (like flies to a honey) coming to church with nefarious motives; Crime rate would skyrocket in this particular community. History is our best teacher, such churches should be sited in an Industrial area, Suburban location not in an already over saturated location.
We shall remember our friends at the next election.

Considering there is already a mega church on the corner, this is going to make Sunday commuting in that area unbearable. I opposed to this structure being erected in that area. With no plans to restructure the current traffic patterns, I don't see how this effort is plausible.
