The infrastructure in this area can not support the addition of a mega church without disrupting the peaceful ambience that prompted most to move to this area.

We need more schools in Bowie. There are so many things being built in Bowie except schools. Church Rd is not equipped to handle the congestion of a Mega Church like 301 handles for Evangel.

There are already at least 5 churches in walking distance. Is there no space in all the empty office areas in the county?

No thank you. The number of additional neighborhoods in the vicinity as well as the future sports complex are pushing the limits of the infrastructure in the area. The church would absolutely overwhelm the roadways in the area and destroy the peaceful atmosphere found along Church and Mt. Oak roads.

We cannot afford the amount of traffic and disruptions this will cause. The traffic is already is congested and it would serve the church well to find a less congested area for the size of the proposed church.

No mega church in the middle of this area. Roads and infrastructure are not able to support it. With 3 other churches within eyesight of this corner- can’t handle a mega church as well.

There is far too much traffic already on Chruch Road for those of us who live immediately off of this busy road. These mostly single lane road is not adequate to handle the traffic associated with a mega church.

If the church paid taxes, I might be okay with this. But given that is unlikely, no thanks. Extra traffic places a burden on roadways etc. and costs the City residents $$.

Church road need to be expanded for the amount of parking space need. We have absolutely to many cars using our community as a they way and speeding.

I support building a church or anything positive in our neighborhood. The County must develop infrastructure to support the additional traffic by widening Church Road. Plus this is way past due because trees continue to fall and cause accidents. Also, Freeway Airport just put out a survey to transform their property to possible housing development. So, again more houses and businesses, the issue main concern is infrastructure, not necessarily what is being built.
