I became aware that Rural King Supply wants to have a live rooster in each store as a live mascot. One store I know has one currently and he is being subjected to 24 hours of artificial lighting,sick children & adults during business hours, and also dogs. This can stress a rooster out. Not to mention all the flies that are around him because he has to poop inside. Which can cause the rooster to get sick. I plan on sending this petition to the corporate office, maybe they can get a large stuffed Rudy the Rooster instead of using a poor animal that deserves to breathe fresh air and free range until his hearts content.
